Topco Selects Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Power Integrity as Preferred Suppliers

Agreement includes dispensers, point of sale systems and power management systems.

Greensboro, NC USA - August 26, 2003 - Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Power Integrity Corporation (PICO) announced today that they were named sole supplier of fuel marketing products for Topco Associates LLC, a cooperative buying group with 35 member companies. Many of their members are selling fuel today and are using equipment from Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Power Integrity. Others are candidates for adding fuel in the future.

As part of the agreement members will be able to earn Topco rebate credits for purchases of Encore and Eclipse dispensers, G-SITE and Passport point of sale systems from Gilbarco Veeder-Root and power management systems from Power Integrity.

Topco Associates LLC provides procurement, quality assurance, packaging, and other services exclusively for its member-owners which include supermarket retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice companies. Topco members purchase a variety of products and services through the cooperative including corporate and national brands, perishables, equipment, supplies, and business services.
