Ultramar Ltd. in Canada Awards Dispenser Supply Agreement to Gilbarco

Long-term agreement extends four-year supplier relationship.
Greensboro, NC USA - June 15, 2005 - Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a leading supplier of products and services for retail petroleum marketers, has reached an agreement with Ultramar Ltd. in Canada to supply fuel dispensers and related equipment to Ultramar's network of more than 1,000 retail sites. The three-year agreement, which follows a supply agreement between Gilbarco and Ultramar that took effect in 2001, makes Gilbarco the primary supplier of dispenser's to Ultramar.
