Expansion of operations means improved customer relationships on a local level

Richmond, United Kingdom - November 13, 2002. Gilbarco Veeder-Root is pleased to announce the opening of a new European sales office in Stockholm, Sweden. In response to the increasing demands of the market, Johan Eklow has been appointed as Country Manager for the Nordic region.

Johan has a background in international sales and distribution, with considerable experience in the industrial and consumer sectors. John Plevier, Gilbarco Veeder-Root Sales Director, for North, West and South Europe comments - the Nordic region is a strategically important market for Gilbarco Veeder-Root and we are committed to supporting it. In conjunction with the recent introduction of Autotank AS as an authorised distributor, we are now well positioned to serve both the needs of our customers and the growing market.
