The winning application, installed at Buc-ees, included food service ordering kiosks at the fuel island and inside the stores, a kitchen management system, and Enterprise Director system for management from the head office. Buc-ees Ltd, of Lake Jackson, Texas, operates 30 convenience stores. The Express Ordering system empowers customers with control of their ordering experience.
