Gilbarco's McDowell speaks at Liability & Risk Forum
GREENSBORO, N.C. – August 20, 2008 – Scott McDowell, marketing manager for North American payment products at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, will be the sole presenter on payment issues at the 6th Annual Convenience Store / Petroleum (CSP) Liability & Risk Forum at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in 
Seattle, August 21. His presentation “PCI Compliance and Liability Reduction” outlines the actions required by convenience store and petroleum retailers to comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements aimed to protect consumer card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) data in debit transactions at the gas pump and inside the convenience store. McDowell will also lead the breakout session on the subject of PCI compliance.
The Liability & Risk Forum is hosted by Convenience Store / Petroleum (CSP) Magazine, a leading trade journal serving the retail petroleum market.
