GREENSBORO, NC – June 5, 2007 – Gilbarco Inc. announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Shell Oil Products US to provide maintenance services for fueling equipment at 1900 Shell-branded stations in the U.S. beginning in July. The stations are owned by Shell Oil Products US and Motiva Enterprises LLC. Under the new arrangement, Shell and its station operators will be supported by Gilbarco’s Maintenance Services Support Center available 24 hours per day, plus they will have access to analysis and reporting from Gilbarco’s web based Fuel Management Services System.

“Gilbarco Veeder-Root is uniquely positioned with deep product knowledge and experience covering point-of-sale, dispensers, and underground fuel monitoring systems to support and maintain Shell’s sites,” said Sanjay Chowbey, Gilbarco’s Vice President of Service. “We bring experience and economies of scale to companies who have been directly managing service and support with their own infrastructure.”
