Communication and Consolidated Reporting

FMS is designed to work the way you do so if you want to use our system as a data collection and report consolidation tool, then your primary interface will be with FMS online, a web based reporting portal that you can customize to fit within your business process. However, if you want Gilbarco Veeder-Root to provide additional expertise, you get the same level of access to FMS online, plus one of our fuel management service analysts will help you manage your program by providing compliance management, alarm management and dispatching, fuel logistics support and more!

You and any member of your staff can access your reports at any time. We recognize that you may not always be in the same physical location so when you need to review information with your remote staff, all of you can access FMS online at the same time and look at the same data so that the team can make the best decision.

For fuel logistics, you may need to provide limited access to your data to fuel haulers or distributors. FMS online, the FMS reporting portal, enables you to provide this access because it assigns a unique password to each dispatcher when enrolled in the Inventory Planning or Delivery Scheduling Service.
