days a year to C-Store Managers, Cashiers, or Repair Personnel. Our
telephone support specialists work the same hours you do, so there's no
need to wait until the next day to get your problems solved.
You will receive complete management and resolution of all help desk
calls and dispatch services with Help Desk Plus Service. Under Help
Desk Plus, we own the problem until it's resolved, managing response
times, escalation and call closure. Help Desk Plus helps to ensure that
the problem was resolved quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
