No material may be used in any form for any purpose unless that use meets the following Terms and Conditions of Use: Gilbarco Veeder-Root™, Gilbarco®, The Advantage® Series, Eclipse®, Encore®, Passport®, G-SITE®, EMC™, Envoy™, CRIND® and e-CRIND® are registered trademarks or trademarks owned by Gilbarco Inc. Gilbarco Inc 'Gilbarco' hereby grants the user 'Company' permission to use the Gilbarco Veeder-Root logo 'Logo' and photograph(s) 'Photographs' to promote current products or services available through Gilbarco and/or Veeder-Root. The Company agrees that it shall : 1) not use the logo or Photographs for any reason other than the Purpose 2) not use the logo or Photographs for any competitive purpose with Gilbarco Inc., Veeder-Root Inc., or the brand Gilbarco Veeder-Root. 3) not use the logo or Photographs in a manner that confuses Gilbarco Veeder-Root customers, including, but not limited to portraying that Company's products and/or services are manufactured and/or provided by Gilbarco or Veeder-Root, and/or portraying that Company is owned by Gilbarco or Veeder-Root. 4) not transfer or assign this release to any third party; 5) not use the logo or Pictures on any web sites displaying and/or promoting lewd and/or lascivious material. Furthermore, the Company understands and agrees that: 1) this permission to use Gilbarco Veeder-Root logos and/or product logos and/or Pictures is non-exclusive 2) Gilbarco may at anytime terminate this release 3) it shall immediately cease its use of the logo and Photographs if the release is terminated, and Company shall return all Photographs and other related materials containing the Gilbarco logo immediately upon termination. Gilbarco may from time to time audit the Company's use of the logo and Pictures to ensure compliance with the Purpose. By permitting Company to use the logo and Pictures, Gilbarco does not grant Company any title to or rights in the logo or Photographs. ALL OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS TO THE LOGO AND PHOTOGRAPHS REMAIN WITH GILBARCO.
