Secure Data Storage

While you're accessing your data via FMS online and even when you're not, rest assured that the data in your account is secure behind our firewall. Whatever module you choose, only you can see your data and generate reports and other types of analysis. Check out our privacy policy to learn more about how we protect your data.

From the second you're online, all the data that is retrieved by our system or reported into your account is available for the life of the contract. As a standard rule, we keep a full 52 weeks of data online and available from your account. If you want to go back further in time, simply e-mail us or call your account manager and you can get any data for any time period that you want.

Of course, the more modules you choose the more information you"ll have stored in your online account. Not only do we store the data for the life of your contract in your own account but we make it even easier for you to generate reports from the raw data. Each module has several standard reports that are available as html or .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) files for viewing online or easy downloading. If you want to combine data from your FMS account with data from another system or file, simply export the data with a click of your mouse and create your own reports and trend analysis.

FMS has the ability to automatically, intelligently, and reliably process your inventory, compliance, and reconciliation data based on the schedule that you dictate. Customers who use Inventory Planning for data collection receive up to 4 scheduled polls and reports per day with the ability to demand a real time poll from their PC, PalmPilot, or Handspring device. Our Delivery Scheduling module polls at least twice for every delivery to each site, which means that we always have the most current information with which to optimize the inventory and deliveries for your sites.

The Alarm Management module monitors alarms and notifies you via fax, pager, mobile phone, PalmPilot, Handspring, email, or a personal phone call from our Fuel Management Service analyst - as soon as the alarm occurs at your fueling site.

Finally, the Compliance module uses a mix of personal interaction with you and your staff in support of UstmanSIR if you don't have ATG's installed, or fully automated with ATG based compliance, or the best of both worlds if you would like us to do the preliminary troubleshooting and analysis of problem sites.
