Acquires Autotank Group (June 26, 2008) - Gilbarco Inc. announced today that it has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the shares of Autotank Group of Tampere, Finland from Aspo PLC pending final closure of the deal. Autotank is a leader in the design, production, marketing and sale of retail automation equipment, including outdoor payment systems for fuel retailers in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
