Registration Deadlines
- Save $50.00 on your tuition when you take advantage of our Early Bird Registration Program through January 15, 2010.
Tuition will be $250/registrant during this timeframe. (does not include golf)
- As of January 16, 2010 - tuition is $300/registrant.
- All registration ends March 3, 2010. No refunds will be given after this date.

- Tuition includes all meals during the conference and all educational sessions.

Hotel Reservations
- The group rate at The Carolina Inn is $145/night + tax.
- The room block at The Carolina Inn is SOLD OUT. Please contact Megan Pence for assistance with booking a room.
- You are responsible for booking your own hotel accommodations by contacting The Carolina Inn directly at (919) 933-2001 and providing group rate code 'GVR' or make your registrations via web by clicking here. Group rate cut off is February 12, 2010.
- You are responsible for paying your charges for hotel room and incidentials at check-out.

- Golf Outing at the UNC Finley Golf Course
Nestled in the verdant grounds of historic Chapel Hill, the championship Finley Golf Course has fairways more than half a century old. Finley was redesigned by Tom Fazio and now boasts flawless conditions and a range of holes suiting all skill levels. Cost to participate in the RTC golf outing is $95 (includes: 18-holes, cart, beverage cart, lunch, transportation to/from The Carolina Inn)
- Franklin Street Downtown Chapel Hill
Acclaimed in Sports Illustrated as one of the "best college town[s] in America," Chapel Hill is centered on the historic Franklin Street district. With more than 300 businesses, this iconic street is home to Tar Heels fans and visitors alike.
- Carolina Basketball Museum
The museum features artifacts, videos, photos, statistical and historical panels that highlight the history of the Carolina Basketball program. It also includes interactive presentations highlighting Carolina's 16 Final Four appearances and 16 Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament championships.
