GREENSBORO, N.C. – April 29, 2010 – Jessica Sebok, product manager for Applause™ Media System at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, and Ken Ringeman, systems architect at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, will speak at NACStech at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans May 5 - 7.

Sebok will be part of the expert panel discussion entitled “How to Drive Customers into the Store using Digital Signage” on Thursday, May 6 at 10:15 a.m. The workshop will illustrate how to take advantage of the captive audience, grab attention, entertain and add value to the shopping experience with digital television pump-top content based on strategies that reinforce branding and drive customers into the store.

Ringeman will be part of the expert panel discussion entitled “Device Integration Work Being Conducted by the Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (PCATS),” also on Thursday, May 6 at 10:15 a.m. This discussion will explore how Open Site Architecture benefits retailers and suppliers. The session provides actionable information that can help make disparate technologies work together.
