Certified Heavy-Duty Construction

UL/ULC 2586 listed and built with a rugged, heavy-duty design for demanding diesel applications. The cover and handguard materials are designed to help protect customers’ vehicles during fueling.

Controlled, Safe Fueling

Available attitude-device protection automatically shuts off flow if the spout is raised above horizontal or the nozzle falls from the vehicle. Pressure-sensitive configurations help prevent spills during prepay dispensing, while the dual-poppet design makes the nozzle easier to open under high inlet pressure.

Broad Site Compatibility

Every Max1 nozzle configuration is available as a Self Serve model. Max1 mates with standard hardwall and softwall 1-inch hoses and is available with NPT or BSPP threads to accommodate different fueling-system requirements.

Configurable for Your Operation

A longer spout with an Anchor Bushing is available upon request for improved durability. MAX 1 can also be configured in all major oil-company colors and customized with your organization’s logo.

Max1 brings automatic protection to busy diesel fueling environments. Available configurations add pressure-sensitive operation and attitude-device protection, giving operators greater control while helping reduce the potential for spills.

Provides automatic fuel-flow protection during dispensing.

Available pressure-sensitive models prevent dispensing until the system is properly pressurized.
Attitude-Device Protection
Available configurations automatically stop flow if the spout rises above horizontal or falls from the vehicle.

Constructed for repeated use in demanding diesel applications. Its sand-cast aluminum body, aluminum spout, fuel-compatible seals, and reinforced lever and handguard materials provide a durable foundation for high-volume operation.
