Every connection between the dispenser and nozzle has a job to do. The ISBA simplifies that connection by bringing smooth swivel movement and reconnectable breakaway protection together in one compact assembly.

During everyday fueling, 360-degree rotation helps customers position the nozzle while reducing hose twisting and strain. If a drive-off occurs, the breakaway is designed to separate cleanly at a 30-degree angle, while dual poppets close both sides of the fuel path to help limit leakage. The result is a more controlled fueling connection for customers, equipment, and site operations.

Performance

The ISBA integrates a 360-degree in-line swivel with a reconnectable breakaway engineered to separate at a 30-degree angle. It provides minimal flow restriction, resists line shock up to 200 PSI, operates from -40°F to 125°F (-40°C to 52°C), and includes a 12-month warranty.

Internal Construction

A self-lubricating nylon swivel bearing, stainless-steel poppet guides, dual cone-shaped poppets, and weather-resistant O-ring seals support dependable performance. During separation, the dual-sided closure helps limit fuel leakage from both the hose and nozzle sides.

Connections and Compatibility

The ISBA family is available with M34, NPT, and BSPP connections in 3/4-inch and 1-inch configurations. Model-specific options support gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends, biodiesel blends, and DEF applications.

Approvals and Installation

UL-listed and ATEX-approved configurations are available, with certifications and compatible fluids varying by model and market. By combining the swivel and breakaway into one assembly, the ISBA eliminates the need for a separate whip hose and reduces the number of components required for installation.
