Designed specifically for one-inch fueling systems, the C100N supports high-capacity dispensing with minimal flow restriction. If separation occurs, internal dual poppets close the fuel path on both sides of the breakaway, helping keep fuel contained within the hoses and limiting the impact on the fueling position.

This breakaway combines a true one-inch flow path with controlled separation and dual-sided fuel containment. UL/ULC listed for diesel, gasoline, and ethanol blends up to E10, it provides dependable drive-off protection for truck stops, fleet facilities, and other high-volume fueling sites.

Purpose-built for high-capacity fueling, the C100N mates with standard one-inch hoses and provides minimal flow restriction. Its compact in-line design installs between the primary hose and whip hose.

Controlled 350-Pound Separation

A designed maximum separation force of 350 pounds creates a controlled break point, helping prevent excessive hose pull from transferring additional force to the dispenser. The single-use unit must be replaced following separation.

Dual-Sided Fuel Containment

Internal dual poppets close both sides of the breakaway after separation, helping contain fuel within the primary and whip hoses and reduce the potential impact of a drive-off incident.

Certified, Site-Ready Protection

Shuts the Fuel Path on Both Sides

When the breakaway separates, its internal dual poppets close independently to isolate both sides of the hose assembly. This helps retain fuel within the primary hose and the nozzle-side whip hose, reducing the potential for a drive-off incident to become a larger spill.

The single-use design provides a clear response following separation: remove the affected breakaway from service, inspect the fueling position, and install a replacement before returning the dispenser to operation.
