Harvard Professor Urges Focus on Customer Experience for C-stores

NACS hosted the NACS Leadership Forum in Miami Beach, FL last week. In the NACS Daily, they profiled Harvard Business School Professor and Stanley Roth Fellow Dr. Rajiv Lal and his opening general session, “Retail Revolution: Will Your Brick-and-Mortar Survive?”  The article discusses the important of the customer experience, and this made me consider our technology and how it can help our customers with the customer experience challenge.  Impulse, our upselling platform at the point of sale, has helped a number of retailers to engage their customer base, through innovative features like interactive gaming and surveys.  See how other retailers have improved their customers’ experience here.
