The C-store Industry’s biggest week of the year has ended, and what a week it was!

WE’RE BACK!

First, we want to say how wonderful it was to be safely back on the NACS Show floor after the year off due to the pandemic. To be back in that familiar buzz, discussing the future of retail technology offered everyone a dose of normalcy that we’ve all been craving.

FUTURE-PROOFING WITH SELF-SERVICE

After dozens of product demos and questions, the interest around Passport Express Lane Self-Checkout System could not be ignored.

Most operators came looking for solutions to staffing stress. Beyond labor shortages, they saw how Express Lane creates happier, more productive teams.

In addition to self-checkout, retailers experienced Express Ordering for their foodservice programs. They saw how the solution works seamlessly with the kitchen monitoring system to ensure order accuracy and improved efficiency.

FORECOURT FUTURE-PROOFING

Out on the forecourt, the conversation was fueled by topics around frictionless payment and customer engagement at the pump.

Using Applause and other newly-released solutions, retailers learned how to use new digital tools to increase sign-ups for loyalty programs and car wash subscriptions.
