Terms and Conditions

THE 6 MONTH EXTENDED WARRANTY OFFER (this "Offer") is made by and between GILBARCO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ABN 93 000 020 799 of Dexus Estate, Block L, 391 Park Road, Regents Park, NSW 2143 ( "Gilbarco") and the original end-user customer ("Customer") and is binding upon Customer when Products are purchased. This Agreement is effective as of the date of the initial purchase order for the Products ("Effective Date").

  1. Offer applies to pumps and dispensers only (the "Products")
  2. Offer excludes nozzle hardware and hoses
  3. Offer Excludes customers on contracted buying terms and customers with existing agreed price lists
  4. This offer is subject to the general conditions of sale available at www.gilbarco.com/au/general-conditions-of-sale
  5. This offer is subject to the Gilbarco Australia Pty Ltd Warranty Terms available at https://www.gilbarco.com/au/sites/gilbarco.com.au/files/pdfs/GilbarcoWarrantyTerms2011.pdf
  6. Immediate Delivery shall be subject to the availability of the Products and shall not be guaranteed.
  7. By entering the promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).
  8. Gilbarco reserves the right to amend this Agreement from time to time effective upon posting of the revised terms and conditions to its website at www.gilbarco.com/au
  9. The extended warranty offer is open to Australian businesses located in any Australian State or Territory.
  10. The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 01 November 2022 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 31 January 2023 (Promotion Period).
  11. To be eligible for this Offer, a Purchase Order for the Products must be accepted by the end of the Promotion Period. Orders will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by Gilbarco, and not at the time of transmission.
  12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Gilbarco, Gilbarco reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, notice of such termination or cancellation will not be provided to participants.
